About The Works

All the works on this site are unique, one-off, original works of high quality by Malcolm Bowman. They are from various periods and series. We pride ourselves on our integrity and do not supply any work we consider to be inferior.

The paintings on this site have been represented as closely as possible to the originals but colours will vary due to the nature of the differing media.

Paintings are framed unless otherwise stated. “Backed” means the work is supported around the back edge with wooden strips. “Edged” means a visible wooden edge surrounds the work attached to the backing. Most works are framed in a wooden moulding slightly whitened by hand. The size refers to the size of the painting itself without the frame but the price includes the frame (where applicable).

Making A Purchase

If you are interested in a particular painting please feel free to contact us for further information. We will send you further and more detailed images. If it has appeared in Public Exhibitions, photographs of the work hanging in a Gallery surrounded by other paintings may be available. We do not want to sell a painting to you until you are sure you really want it. However, rest assured, by purchasing the original you will be getting far more than you have seen in its images...and never less!

Delivery Details

All paintings are sent Special Delivery by the Royal Mail and the postage cost includes packaging and insurance. Paintings will be delivered within 28 days (usually significantly less). Postage rates within the UK are: Small: £30, Medium : £35. Large Paintings may be collected by arrangement, or delivered by Art Movers. Please contact us for details of none UK postage rates. Paintings may be returned and refunded only in the unlikely event they arrive damaged in any way.
